mobileECOtuning are a well established UK based company offering professional services to the Automotive Trade and Public customers. Operating from our HQ Workshop in Weston Super Mare, we have multiple franchises across the UK as part of the MET (mobileECOtuning) brand.

Specialist equipment, certified by many of the main dealers is used by our fully qualified and authorised engineers to carry out fully guaranteed work, typically with proof of work supplied in the form of reports, diagnostic outputs and even our Rolling Road and Dyno test facility in Weston Super Mare.

MET-Shop is the eCommerce site for MobileECOTuning and comes with the full support of the MobileECOTuning support team. All MobileECOTuning engineers are trained in the use of the equipment offered through MET-Shop, on hand to offer advice before and after purchase. Telephone and chat support is offered for all equipment purchased from MET-Shop/MobileECOTuning from our UK support team. This includes UK return to base for equipment returns and repairs.


We use ParcelForce for UK deliveries.

For Standard delivery, our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date it was despatched. This may not always be possible depending on the volume of orders on our system, so if your order has not been despatched within 3 working days, please contact us directly.

Orders despatched with ParcelForce are tracked and will require a signature on delivery.  Once despatched, delivery will take place within 2-3 working days.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from the date of despatch, please contact our Customer Services on 01934644421 or email us at david@mobileecotuning.com.  We would request that you contact as soon as possible and within 60 days of placing your order.  If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable to track your order or provide any reimbursement.

We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.

Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.


We use ParcelForce for international deliveries We ship to most countries.

We will use a tracked service via ParcelForce and transit time will be a maximum of 10 working days, depending on the destination. A signature will be required on receipt.

We pass on to our customers only the exact courier cost to us, which is calculated based upon product weight only [we ignore the weight of the outer packaging] and the destination country.

When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.  If these charges are unpaid, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs.  There may also be costs associated with the return to us, which will be deducted from any refund value.  In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if duties and taxes are not paid.  In this instance, we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.

Please be aware that there may be limitations on what can be sent to you with regards to specific items and order value. You may also need to provide specific documentation for clearance of your order, once it arrives in your destination country.  This may vary from country to country and we ask that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order. We cannot refund any shipping costs should your order be returned for any of these reasons.  In certain situations your order may be destroyed by customs if you are unable to provide clearance for the order; in this instance we cannot refund product or shipping costs for these reasons.

Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you. In these circumstances you may ask for the order to be refunded.

Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Once the product has been fitted, mobileECOtuning will only accept responsibility for the value of the mobileECOtuning product, subsequently any further costs will remain the owner’s responsibility.

‘Green Zone’ remaps

mobileECOtuning ensures that engine manufacturer tolerances are respected when remapping your vehicle. Each custom remap that we provide is done so within the tolerance levels of your specific vehicle’s engine, within what we call the ‘green zone’.

Our engine-tuning service is a straight forward process. Once your local mobileECOtuning technician is on-site, he will be required to retrieve a file from the vehicle ECU which will then be optimised by our in-house technical experts. Once that file has been optimised by our team, it will be uploaded to the vehicle ECU. This process is carried out remotely via the OBD plug which ensures that the ECU itself does not have to be physically handled. The whole remapping process outlined here takes on average less than an hour.

You will be requested to provide a copy of the mobileECOtuning payment receipt to the technician returning your vehicle to standard. This will have been provided to you at the time of the remap and will serve as proof that your vehicle was remapped by mobileECOtuning.

You will be requested to take your vehicle to your nearest mobileECOtuning technician at your cost, in order to have it returned to standard. If you require our technician to come to you, there will be an appropriate charge.

ECU REMAPPING involves reading the vehicle’s standard calibration map, and then adjusting various parameters such as fuel pressure, boost pressure (on turbocharged applications), ignition advance, and throttle pedal control – amongst others – to release the true performance of the engine.
